These intensives are appropriate for those who have foundational skillsets and tools for the psycho-spiritual journey.
Each Embodied Soul Journey Intensive is uniquely customized and co-created to address your specific inquiries, intentions, and growth edges as the focal point.
In order to generate pearls of wisdom and facilitate change, you must access skills and develop new capacities across dimensions of body, mind, heart, and spirit.
This is an active, engaged, and highly experiential process that will require your full attention and commitment across a period of time. The emphasis for these intensives are not to provide a peak experience, rather they are specific catalyzing experiences to open and accelerate your potential.
As a Guide I will attune to your needs, mirror back your limitations, witness you in your process, and help you polish your edges of discomfort through a series of initiatory processes.

Relationship acts as a catalyst, especially when paired with consciousness technologies. These intensive sessions are very intimate. It is important that you and I have developed a positive working relationship based in safety, trust, and genuine care for your process.
Therefore, if you are new to working with me foundational sessions are likely to be recommended prior to entering into intensive sessions. A specific recommendation will be provided to you as a collaborative discussion.
I engage and embody various archetypal roles to facilitate this co-created sacred dance of transformation, shifting to meet you moment by moment. This requires the utmost of presence and intention for me to be an anchor as your spiritual companion, confidante and advisor while directing you towards your innate creative healing capacities.
You will witness yourself, and allow me to bear witness to, parts of You that may be difficult (or beautiful) to confront and acknowledge. They have been hidden in the deep waters of your subconscious for a reason and it’s time to let them rise.
Through the connected web of relationship, you’ll dive below the surface to meet your Shadow Self – the Golden Shadow and the Wounded Shadow. The excavation and transmutation of Shadow material is a gateway to an indestructible quality of being.
When confronted directly, honestly, compassionately (and with a good dose of laughing tears) you can shapeshift Shadow into pure experience and breathe awakened life force into the dark caverns of consciousness.

As you surrender Ego into Soul, you let go of who you have believed yourself to be to become your Self.
While therapeutic and coaching models typically emphasize integration, enabling you to become a more functional person, the path of wholeness equally includes disintegration.
You’ll create spaciousness and expansion where you formerly held the density of habits, attitudes, beliefs, and limitations that have weighed you down.
During this process, you will intentionally track your subconscious programming, fears, emotional reactions, limiting beliefs, and desires. There is an opportunity to become acutely aware of how these elements are woven into your body-mind-heart and influence your perceptions and actions in everyday life.
The process of disintegration asks you remove veils of illusion, unwind deeply ingrained patterns, minimize outer influences, and come closer to a zero-point field of awareness. This opens a prime window of opportunity to input additional change technologies within your life, surrender unhelpful karmas, and become naked in preparation for a rebirth.
Once you strip yourself of pretense and have distilled down to the restoration of Essence, you can truly integrate and build from a renewed frame of reference and choose how to consciously live going forward.

Where do these intensive sessions take place?
Half-Day and Full-Day intensives are currently offered within 1-hour of Asheville, North Carolina.
2-Day or longer intensive retreats can take place om the Asheville area, or I can travel to you anywhere in the world (additional travel and planning costs will be discussed).
People often choose to host me in their home or to rent a private cabin in the nearby forests and mountain areas, which is a lovely option when including nature-based methods in our work.
The payment options offered to you do not include additional lodging, and is your responsibility to book. I will travel to your location of choice.
What will happen in my intensive? What methods will you use?
To get started, you will schedule a donation-based consultation call with Nicole to determine if we are a fit for working together.
If accepted, you’ll schedule a 90-Minutes Preliminary Intake Session as part of your intensive package. It is there that we will review your challenges, intentions, and needs and begin to co-create your Intensive Session.
While you will not be given all details of the experience in advance, we will identify key components to include. For example, would you like a focus on Bodywork or Psycho-Emotional Processing.
The intake process will enable us to reveal more and choose accordingly.
What if I would like more sessions than you identify in your packages?
You are always welcome to add additional sessions for an additional investment.
I will honestly assess with you, based upon your goals and where you are in your process, whether additional sessions would be useful and an estimate for the number and duration.
