Somatic Intelligence & Architecture
Somatic Intelligence and Architecture are the foundations of the process. We usually begin here and weave throughout the process, because most people arrive disconnected from an accurately attuned and wise body instrument.
I guide you to listen for what's beneath the surface, build your capacity to hold sensation and emotion, and work directly to identify and dissolve patterns that prevent your ability to effect change from the inside out. Somatic methods are essential to move beyond the cognitive mind, dive into subconscious terrain, and allow your physical being to process what your mental-emotional landscape alone cannot.
Journey Bodywork
Available in person, Journey Bodywork psi deally placed inside a longer process, though standalone sessions may also be supportive. These hands-on sessions can assist your process by going deep into the physical and energy body to process and release somatic and psychic tensions.
I attune to your body to help you discover more about what you're holding internally, offer intuitive insights, and include tools such as breath, sound, and ritual to aid the process. Many people report feelings of entering into an altered state and attuning into alternate dimensions for receiving clear guidance. Sessions may be offered with other consciousness expanding allies, with advance discussion and consent.
Transpersonal & Psycho-Spiritual Practices
In addition to addressing your ordinary life, which encompasses the personal and interpersonal domains, we include perspectives and possibilities that expand beyond the individual self. In order to truly remember who you are, it is essential that this remembering includes the collective and more-than-human experience of which you are a part.
We do not bypass everyday reality and rational experiences in favor of spiritual ones. Rather, we ground the transcendent into your ordinary life in a way that holds practicality alongside the knowing that there also an ultimate reality asking for you to walk a path of enlightened living.

I provide support for a full arc of experience. Going beyond the framework of preparing and sitting for your session, I offer you a multi-month container to sink deeper into what is supportive to you across domains of your life.
The emphasis is not on peak experience nor altering your consciousness, we engage in the process to effectively alter your life.
The (Dis)Integration process respects The Four Movements that I have witnessed and experienced as necessary — we do not simply integrate more into your life, there is also a necessary release process to open yourself to more. To more possibilities, more life, more creation, more love. I help you develop skills using all the other methods, while providing education and preparation for your experience with sacred consciousness technologies (aka. entheogens, psychedelics, plant medicine).
